Thread: Wait time for a Bella Website Password

Hiya, what is the wait time for a password for the Bella website?

It varies. I ended up emailing her an order and then after that I got a password pretty quickly :)

It depends. I think she sends out passwords when she uploads a bunch of new costumes. I know some people have gotten theirs within days, but it took me several requests and over a year.

When I asked I received mine within a day or two. I was surprised based off what I had read on here about the wait time- I guess I got lucky!

I had to e-mail her again... it took twice and then she finally sent it to me

Something I was wondering myself, it has been 3 weeks now. I will email again I think.

I just emailed them right before I posted this and I got it!

I applied a number of times through the website and never got one. When I emailed to say I was wanting to make an order, they sent me a passwork within about a week.

I used to have one but it seems to have expired...
E-mailed yesterday, let's see how long it takes!

I asked for one last week and still haven't received one. Hopefully I will soon.

Tried with my hotmail e-mail, with my @krystina.ca email... and then my work e-mail. Nothing worked.

When I wanted to order I sent an email from my hotmail and THEN she sent a password to my work email. (that's after I have been sending requests frequently for a year and a half.)

Me too. If I ever had the money on hand to order a brand new Bella, I might be more persistent about getting the password, but I can only afford used ones anyway so I might as well not torture myself by looking at sparklies I can't have, LOL.

Exactly. I never got one either, but I didn't try too hard. Unless it comes with a gold card (or even if it does!) I'm probably better off without one.

What is your definition of affordable?

I never got one either, and I've never been able to get one from Sim, either.

I know they probably password-protect to stave off counterfeiting - but I'd think if those designers actually wanted more business from us sparkle addicts, they'd get off their butts and start giving out passwords....

Still haven't gotten my Bella or my Sim password. ,r:;

There are a couple of models that are around the $400 mark. I guess by affordable I mean in comparison the the custom models which can be from $800 an up

I've been trying weekly from my three different work email address and my two personal one. For four months. No joy. And I'm also in Europe!

Hmm I got a password today. And it was to my work email address. So that is obviously a key if you can possibly try to register from a work address. Can only assume it's to try and stop theft of their designs so any email address that is untraceable is rejected?

I'm glad I'm not the only one ignored by them...

Wait time = FOREVER. I had to email several times over several months. Maybe try calling?

I waited 3 weeks after first applying and never heard anything so sent an email and I received the Password about 3 days later. I applied about 6 weeks ago.

About 18 or so months ago I applied and never received a PW, even after 3 or so emails. I gave up. But it worked this time.

Thanks for posting, requested mine about 1 week ago and haven't heard anything, so I was wondering myself. Wow, I'm surprised that there are "affordable" items on website, figured I could only purcahsed used. I'll give it a few and see. Thanks ladies.

it took something like six months for me to get my bella password. i had forgotten all about it and then one day it showed up in my inbox like magic.....
unfortunately, i didn't find anything affordable or super spectacular on the website.

Weird how the wait times vary so much, after posting my wait time, 5 days later I received it, just checked to make sure it works it does....now do I actually look........

does the password expire after a certain point? if you do not buy thing?

I used the form on the webpage to apply for a password, waited some weeks, phoned Deniz (Belgium), he told me he would check and send me one, waited another few week, wrote a mail I really, really want to order something as I feel I need something new in black, waited another few weeks - still no password 8(
