Interesting - toed sneakers!

I've seen something along those lines for climbers, and I've tried a pair - not all that comfy (taking into account that they are suppsed to fit snug), and the look was definitely not flattering.

These would be hysterical in pink.

They look so funny! =)

I wear these all of the time LOL

They are far, far from fashionable or even pretty, but they make my feet feel awesome. I get the benefits of bare feet without any of the pain :)

If they come in flesh tones...

wonder if they can be sequined & glittered?
maybe paint fake polish on the toenail area?
sew elaborate toe rings on the outside?
faux mehndi on the foot?
you'll never need pedicures again..

No flesh tones, but purple is one of the colors...

a review: perform in them. no joke. i performed in them for labyrinth of jareth both nights. granted, i was a belly dancing fantasy fairy character. i also wore them the following weekend for an out door show on pavement.

they protected my feet from uneven pavement, scratchy moss decor, slimy water from a leaking set piece, scorching hot pavements and all the ick that is found on the side of a theater in hollywood at 3am.
they also provided protective "hobbit feet" for a ren faire venue.

they are light weight, provide a great amount of dexterity and protect the feet very well. i highly recommend them if you can get away with the black ones for a character piece or hide them under long costuming for out door shows.

i also work out in them at the gym - cardio and everything. you get the benefits of working out barefoot without the danger.

i highly recommend them. i have the style without the ankle strap. just used some ballet slipper elastic across the vamp to keep them secure.

Could you super glue fake nail to the toes instead of painting them? I've seen gloves like that.
