Thread: what's the next costume color you are getting?

In the closet
Lime green, gold & red fire motif, black & gold, royal blue, leopard, peacock, fuchsia...working on a turquoise/gold costume right now

I would love to get a lush royal purple, or my favorite combo ever, turquoise and chocolate

What I have:

• Chocolate brown
• Black/Pink
• Black/blue
• Purple
• Purple/Hot pink
• Gunmetal/Black
• Red/Orange
• Teal
• Leopard/Gold
• Wine/Gold
• Metallic Cobalt Blue
• Muted Earth colour (rust/orange/brown) stripes (Eman galabeya)
• Black/silver (assuit)
• Royal Blue

Um... I think I've forgotten one or two. That's terrible!

The colours I most want now:

• SNAKESKIN! Want! (in muted taupey/browney neutrally shades. And Gold, which of course we all agree is also neutral!)
• Green. Proper Greeny Green. Kelly Green.
• Burnt Orange (the red/orange one I have only has orange as an accent)

I suit rich colours better than brights, and I have a fondness for autumnal tones. But what suits me never stops me falling in lurve and buying something highly impratical if I think it looks kewl. ..l;,

My first one (and presently only one) is a turquoise blue/purple/gold one.
Would love to have more jewel toned ones - but as I get going I imagine I will get them.

I am selling many right now and only keeping

pink
dark-red with green accents
turquoise
green
purple
multicolor with leopard

plus some skirts that can be worn with the multi-color set.

On my shopping list for Istanbul are two multi-color sets that I can combine with skirts and veils that I already have:
Purple with pink and light green
Turquoise with blue and red
(two similar colors and one contrast color for each)
These are basically the costume colors that I wear - no orange, yellow or olive for me... (everything yellow-toned is out!)

And I am still on the hunt for the perfect white costume...

I've been waiting for a nice bright orange one... and maybe a bright pink one too! I just recently bought a pink one and it turned out to be a very pale pink in person... not at all what I really wanted

That happens to me too. On a funny note one time I wanted pink and got orange. Pink, reds, oranges are all so hard colors to shop for you know.
