Best thing to tighten up the "bingo wings" part of the arms is tricep dips. Which you can do at home on any solid chair (like a dining room or kitchen chair).

Wow! I'm laughing soooo hard right now, but am kind of disturbed. Seriously?! Somebody is honestly marketing this! It would have taken a whole lot of money to get me to act in that commercial! That's for sure!

Fill that gizmo with a bit of gin, ice and vermouth...and I'll take it! Oh, wait....if that woked, I wouldnt be as good at upper arm shimmies as I am now...it is a real speciality of mine.

Oh Lord...if my husband saw this, I'm sure he'd offer his, um, you know, as a way to tone my arms for free!!

When I showed this to my hubby, he said, "If that sort of thing worked, I'd have a left arm that looked like Popeye's and just a regular sized right one." LOL!
