Re: Have you tried a new product? Thumbs up or down? Summer 2009
CHI Shine Infusion Thermal Polishing Spray - I use it before straightening my hair and it looks polished, glossy and feels great. It's only 3.95 on Amazon compared to 13.99 at Walgreens.

Cross-posting from the at-home facial thread:
Can any of you suggest a wipe-off/rinse-free cleanser you especially like that doesn't break the bank? I'm a fan of Clinique cream cleanser, but I'm hoping to find something new to try at the drugstore, grocery store, or health-food store. Thanks!
Anybody using sweet almond oil, either straight or blended, as a moisturizer? I really love Jason's Vitamin E Beauty Oil in the lowest, least expensive concentration, and I'm am thinking of mixing up something similar using organic almond and grapeseed oils from the grocery store.Last edited by Suzana; 10-13-2009 at 03:36 PM.

Hey sweety, meet us over at the Oct. '09 thread!

And to answer your question, Target's makeup remover wipes are DA BOMB. I use 'em personally and professionally. No need for moisturizer after and I have dryish skin.
I would use the vegetables oils on the body but not necessarily on the face, too occlusive.

Hiya, sweets. Whoops, I should have specified -- I use oils on the bod only. But I do love them.
Haven't tried Target's wipes. Thanks for the rec! I'll put those next on my list. You've reminded me that I recently tried a sample of the ones from Garnier in the screaming-green pouch and liked them very, very much. No sting, and just enough residue to moisturize without feeling like you need to rinse. Thumbs up.
