Thread: How to wear Melodia pants?

I have seen ladies wearing them at workshops, I have seend them on Sharif Wear website, but I am not sure how to order them. Do they run small/big/ true to size? Do they come in different lengths? Thanks for your help! If you have any for sale that would fit (I normally wear a medium/large pant size and a 35-36 length skirt) let me know.

Now if somebody could tell me how to walk in them!!! What do you do with 2- 5 inch fabric puddles anyway?? I will kill myself, and at my age..I cant afford a serious mishap!

Well I have seen the girls at the work shops tie them at the ends to where the fabric is off the ground, make kind of like a little knot. I have also seen girls pick them up from the bottom and bring them up to your waist and get the tail ends inside the waist. Of course you will show your legs, but I guess they are more comfortable to dance in them, specially after wearing them for several hours at a workshop.

I know the feeling, I look at those and all I can see is me on the floor asking for help using my medi alert necklace! ..l;,

They are great pants. They're my favorite to dance in.

I love them but have begun to find the long tails annoying. You are supposed to order them long but my favorite pair are probably technically too short. Otherwise I trip on them when dancing in releve...even have come close to falling downstairs.

My favorite pants are the suhaila pants, or the ones on Sharifwear - they aren't as long as the Melodias.

However, Melodia just came out with ruching capris - now those are adorable. I got a pair.

The organic capris are wonderful and soft. you could scrunch them up, below your knees and tie them to make a little knot accent on the outside of your calves.

The new ones have draw strings along the legs so you can scrunch them. . .
