Thread: Clear straps for bras

I am really starting to like the clear straps for the bras - I know I'm slow, they've been around, but I always take time to like something new.

So I want to make my next costume with the clear straps for between the cups, maybe shoulders, too. Where do you by these? They have to be strong, and not stretchy, and I have been looking, but haven't seen anything.
I always use grosgrain ribbon for straps, which is the strongest, so the clear ones have to be equally strong to be safe.

Any suggestions? I wouldn't want my bra pop open in the middle - there's nowhere to hide at that point.

I bought mine at Joanne fabrics. They even have some with rhinestones on them. I'm a 34 d and they supported me fine. Hope this helps.

Any place that sells push-up pads, petal bras, shoulder pads, dress shields, etc., probably will carry them. I'm pretty sure Wal-Mart has them.

I have seen some before, but they were the stretchy kind and definitely did not look supportive enough. But will give them a try. Thanks!
