Thread: Dahlal's Lead Time for Custom Orders

Last time I ordered an Eman from Dahlal, about a year ago, it took 9 months to get the finished product. I think I remember the customer service rep saying that Eman was inundated with special orders at the time.

Anyone place a custom order through Dahlal recently? Wanted to know if this has changed at all. I'm thinking I "need" a custom Sim ,r:;

I love Sims. I haven't heard about Dahlal's timeframe for custom orders lately, but I think TanyaLV orders from Sim directly on a regular basis. You might ask her if she knows what the timeframe would be directly from them.

I've been waiting for 6 months on a custom Pharonics from Audrena.

Also keep in mind that it's Ramadan right now, so there is even a bigger delay than usual. . .

my experience, pharonics custom orders thought dahlal take almost a year. order direct from sim moda and it'll take maybe a month. never done it through dahlal though

Order directly from Sim, they are easy to work with and get back to you super fast.

I would say just always order from the source if its a custom costume you want, it will be cheaper and faster!

I had two custom orders from Dahlal each take six months to arrive (a Rising Stars and an Eman), and one custom order take three months to arrive (a Pharaonics Great Loop).

I ordered direct from Sim and the time from the day I did the wire transfer to having a box in my hands was 3 weeks exactly.
