Thread: bra numbers as sizes

so im trying to buy a costume from a guy in egypt, and he told me he has one with a size 2 bra. what do the numbers mean? is a size A a 1, B a 2 and C a 3? or am i guessing wrong? lol thanks

Um, no. Monsoondancer just bought a couple of Pharaonics with #3 bras thinking that they were "C" only to discover that they were closer to a large B maybe a small C. What most people have found is a 2 is between an A and B but this will also depend on your chest size. Remember that a 32 B is much smaller than a 36 B.

Ask for cup size measurements.

Thanks tahira for summing it up for me. Yes-I thought the #3 was a C-cup but I was wrong-a #4 was more of a C-cup. A # 2 would be an A small B cup. Make sense??? I would ask for detailed cup measurements before committing to buy. Luckily, my mistake didnt really cost me as I was able o find homes for my bedlah sets. Good luck with your purchase

They are a sort of diagonal teardrop shape. The horizontal and vertical measurements are through the apex approximately mid-line. The diagonal is from teardrop end to teardrop end.

#4 (C) - h 7" v 6.5" d 8"
#5 (D) - h 7.5" v 7" d 8.5"
#6 (D) - h 8" v 7" d 9"
