Thread: Close up bead pictures

To the Ladies and Gents of more opulent/vintage/sassy/elegant costumes than I have. Would you mind posting close ups of the beading and sequining? I'm looking for inspiration (working on a beaded belt) and I just love and admire the work that goes into such costumes. I stalk the swap forum....help me feed my addiction ..l;,

Clarification = I'm not looking to rip off a costume or anything sketchy. I'm just looking to improve my technique and get some fun ideas for color, proportion, texture etc and I don't own any high end costumes : (

I have been grazing there a lot. I'm looking for beading around crystals or stones and types of edging. You have wonderful pictures...i'm so grateful!

Ok, if you need a close-up of one, ask. If I still have it in my possession I'll help.

Lyla, if you look at my thread in the swap meet for my silver Sim, I think there are some closeups of the beadwork. Sim does awesome beading. Also look in my gallery, I think there might be a photo or two of my leopard/gold costume that you can see the beadwork on.

I recently took close-ups of another Hoda Zaki with the purpose of sharing pics here on Bhuz. The intricate, creative beadwork is so impressive! I'm not currently at home, so I'll be posting those next week.
