Thread: Needing a seamstress

Hello all! Well, I've finally sketched out my dream costume, and it's become pretty clear that it's way above my sewing level. I figured it would be easy to find someone online who does custom costumes, but no luck!

I'm looking for someone who will work with me to make my sketches become reality. I really would prefer to work with a dancer, not a generic dressmaker, because I'd really like the experience of what will and will not hold up on stage and how to avoid muffin top problems, etc.

Also, I need to find someone who's not the world's most expensive seamstress. I know that this stuff can get pricey, but I'm still on a budget.

Does anyone here know of a place to look for someone like that? Google's not being helpful :(
