Wiring on the bottom of skirts-how do you keep it down?

I just bought a new pharonics, and it has the wiring on the bottom of the skirt. How do you make it obey?

Obey?/ It is spossed to create scallops along the bottom like a ballroom gown!

On second though...thats all wrong no fix to it...sell it (to me) before it explodes in your home like an unruly windshield protector. Blowie...Chiffon all ove the yard....

LOL. Only if you sell me that dress!

It keeps rolling up so it becomes a little short....

I love the curly hems...... can you wear your skirt a little lower on the hips? Post a pic if you can :)

Here are some horrible pics, no makeiup, unadjusted cossie, messy room, and muffin top :(.

I added a silver skirt underneath it but still...

I don't know, honest opinions, does it look ok on me?

I don't like the last shot where the silver hangs way low. I has a frumpy effect. The scalloped skirt looks nice and even and the silver not so much. I would like to see a true match..or even the same color family as an underskirt. I would like to see flat footed frontal and backal photos of the skirt by itself. Worst case...replace the chiffon. It is not rocket surgery to put a wire hem in with a serger.

the wired hem is supposed to look like that. I actually have seen much curlier ones. But I do think it's short for you.
    Possible fixes:
    - wear the skirt lower, but you might already have it at its lowest
    - see if you can unattach the chiffon skirt from the top part, and if there is any room, sew it back on only by the edges. Even it's 1-2 inches, it could help.
    - if you use an underskirt, try to find the same color (or as close to it as possible) fabric, make an underskirt and hem it with the wire.
    - I'm not a fan of the silver, maybe you can use a darker shade if you can't find the same color.
