For a moment while I get my head out of the sand...I just wanted to saw WOW on all the costumes here! I always love this thread. <3

Still working on my penny costume. It just needs a front closure and a couple few layers of chain for the belt fringe.

I think it was Welcome to Spandex House Inc. Spandex House, One of the Largest Spandex Collection of The World. or possibly spandexworld.com, I love them both equally :)

Thanks! I made the skirt pattern based on the simple Sahar skirts. A while back someone posted a picture of the skirt undone and spread out on here. It was kind of a long quarter circle. So I did some math and made a pattern out of wrapping paper. The skirt is one piece cut on the bias. It was super easy once I got the pattern figured out, but it did take some trial and error, and lots of little "Barbie sized" skirts to test :)

Thanks to everyone for the compliments. The costumes are even cuter on the skinnier girls but I didn't want to put anyone else's pics up so I just did mine and I'm actually pretty please with how it looks on me too :)

ok, so I was ripping out some sequins I had put on the bra because I didn't like the way I place them. My dog jumped on the bed where I was sitting as I was ripping the last sequin out and whoops, I ripped part of the fabric of my bra. UGHHHH. I sewed it back together through the inside. I luckily have thread that really matches the fabric and where I ripped it falls right underneath where the teardrop jewel lands. But I am wondering it is still noticeable. I would take a pic but I just packed my camera up since I am moving right after thanksgiving.

i decided to continue work on my leopard and then realized i didnt want to put fringe on it ,m:: so i have a whole lot of gold fringe, 4", 5" and 6" in lenght and a bunch of other sequins if anyone is interested. i decided to find some gold chain or beads (kind of like necklaces) and just attach those as loops on the skirt.

but i started working on another project in the meantime inspired by this gorgeous eman i saw. this is the picture from a bhuzzer i saw the costume on (hope it's ok to use it!).

    http://talydanse.free.fr/iconevertlarge.jpg

just imagine the above but in nude and black lace with white pearls :) almost done making the skirt right now...got a lot work left!

I took a pair of shears to a silver Sim... Whacked it! But it's worth it...Silver Sim, say hi to your new cousin...Great Loop!

I cut the deep V points down to a manageable size, rounded in the back, small V in front. Using the loop fringe from under the bra to put on the belt and making a few more "loops" to finish it. I'll photo the progress soon...

I'm at the rebeading where the bottom used to be stage....

Now I need a few more AB crystals... Can anyone recommend where to find the small ones and the settings??
