The blue costume Sonia wears, it's too beautiful! Anyone got more pictures of this? She's always got stunning costumes. I'd definitely pick her costume closet if I could chose

I love love love that green costume, which looks like an assymetrical overskirt over a full skirt. so pretty!
they seem to have a hell of a lot of new numbers in their show!! is the dabke inspired part and the bollywood (I think) piece on their Babelesque dvd?

Hmm. I thought it was royal blue, at least not THAT green...
it must have been the stage lighting for in the picture it looked more turquoisish, but not all so green...

Yep, definitely my favorite Sonia costume...I love those colors.

I was totally taken by the incredible blue which comes out to be a turqouise-green rather...but so those are long long strands of fringe!

what fabric do you ladies think this costume is??

Its a Hallah Moustafa costume, Sonia has a bunch from her.

can anyone guess what fabric (s) are in that particular costume?

not sure of the fabric tho..

the second clip is the same costume. the horizontal bit is a belt/scarf that goes over the skirt, if you look at the way it moves. the skirt just has a purple gore in it. if you get the draping of the skirt right the only hard part about reproducing it would be the beading and living with yourself for ripping off someone's design ^_~
i love it too ^_^ sometimes i think Hallah's designs look messy, but Sonia is so graceful that they look polished. love!

I'm intrigued by the design even though it's seemingly simple i also wonder whether the fabric is heavy or light which is why I'm wondering whether anyone can pinpoint the type of fabric
