I used to have one. The bottom, right picture was the costume Anja made for me: Blank

She was great to work with. She helped me pick out colors, sent fabric samples, sent the bra for a fitting... it was a real custom-made experience. When I got the costume in the mail, it fit perfectly & and was exactly what I expected. Everything was well-made & sturdy.

The skirt was heavy (tons of fabric) and beautiful, shiny brocade & satin. I was impressed with the quality - she obviously put a lot of work into it. I got tons of compliments on that skirt!

    I definitely recommend her!

Monsoon, you SO don't want to be paying international shipping on a rompi! Mine weighs more than my 3kg kitchen scales measure - wayyy heavier than a bedlah!

I've made three in my time... how big are you looking at? The 45m ones are a pain, but look fabulous.

Aahhh memories. I remember the first couple made and brought to class... we all just looked at mum and asked "are you serious?". Ree did a spectacular job. Mine doesn't even stay on my hips it's so heavy.

yup - I've got one and it weighs sooooo much.
Was trying to bring it home in my suitcase from LV - but it made the weight limit go over. Ended up wearing it on the plane instead. LOL

LOL! I love the idea of wearing it on the plane... I don't think it would fit into the seat!!

Monsoon, I could make you one in the chrissy hols, but it means lots of swearing at the sewing machine and burying yourself under 25m of fabric for two full days. I'd need a run-up! (And I'll check if my friend is selling hers - it used to be Nanda's mum's one, so it has mega-good karma! ;)

Red, green and orange I think - it's one of her earlier ones. Sent you a pic, anyway, and I'll measure it when it returns from Melbourne this weekend :)
