Thread: my new dress

so I got home and had a package waiting for me. It was my new Hanan dress. Yay! I put it on and it fits like a dream. My question to you all is this, does the color look ok? I love the copper beading and fringe but what about the lycra part?

Girl, put some make up on and take your hair down ... then we shall see. Right now...you are a bit too monotoned. I have red hair and have to work hard not to look too washed out in nude costume colors or like Ronald McDonald in the vivid colors.

What Anala said! Right now, with the dress being close to your skin tone, it does look a bit washed out. But with big red hair and bright make-up, I think it could look great. It's too beautiful a costume not to make it work!

I wonder if it would also help to put some russet-coloured material along the top of the bra, to bring colour to your face and tone in with your hair? Maybe also with a matching swag of chiffon peeking out at one or both leg slits?

I think once your hair and makeup are done it'll be great.

I agree; I believe these colors will be very flattering once you bring up your facial features with makeup and unleash your brilliant hair.

From the knees down, they're quite fetching, I agree. ..g.: But I try not to expose too much above the knees without pantyhose; it's spider and varicose vein city up there.

OOh its lovely and you saved me from myself I was going to order this from Dahlal and then it was gone and there you are looking fabulous in it. Hanan makes the best dresses I think.
