Mine are STILL NOT HERE. My priority shipped order left Turkey on the 12th. My express shipped order left Turkey on the 18th. I am getting really pissed!

Hey Laila! You don't need a password! You can just email Bella and ask if she has time to do a custom order for you!

My advice is email and ask for your tracking details. Thats how I found out mine had only been shipped yesterday. Should have been here by now but hey-as long as I get it Im happy!

I've emailed twice now, and no reply. Ah well, que sera sera! :)
They'll get here eventually :)

I think US-European post seems to be really backed up at the moment...I'm waiting for several parcels from the US, posted in the first week of Dec to reach me in the UK. They usually only take a week!

Sometimes the wire takes 2-5 days to go through and then I believe Bella ships the costumes out all together maybe once a week or so. For instance, I wired money on Friday at 4:00 pm from my U.S. bank (my bank told me it would be wired out on Monday because it was after 2:00pm). Bella did not receive it until the following Thursday and then my box got shipped a few days later with the next shipment going out from her atelier.

I didn't know I could expect stuff to be be shipped so fast from the other side of the world during the holidays, ESPECIALLY when it has to go through customs. Am I missing something?

shaabichic : anything from about $600US upwards, plus shipping, depending on the design you want and how much crystal/beadwork. The cheapest in her online shop is E285 plus shipping. "large" and "xl" sizes are extra, too, on most of the ones in the shop.

Mine was $850, not including shipping and wire fees. Total came to about $930. Then again, mine also had a lot of cutwork, beading and some detail with feathers. I've seen a lot of custom Bella designs that are closer to the $650 range. Bella's very cool when it comes to working within your budget.

Booo no bellas. Itseriously kept me up on Wednesday night with worry! When I got to sleep, I had dreams that I had to go to the post office to pick up my costumes before work, and woke up confused as to whether that was true or not. No info updated. It's been 2 weeks now.

Just got an email that mine are done! yay!! she included expressmail in my order, but unfortuantely I won't have them until JANUARY 21 BECAUSE I WILL BE ON A VACATION.

I did ask her to keep mine at 600 usd...and i think it is my favorite bella so far! but i am a middle of the road fringe girl- not too much, not too little!

She went about 100 above what she said she'd do mine for initially....but I'm just happy I will have a new shiny costume!!

Tracking update: My express mail one is waiting to be received by customs! No news on the package of three that was shipped priority.....

Oh, this is good news! So next time I order, perhaps I should bite the bullet and spring for express...

Oh, this is excellent news: Bella just e-mailed me to say that she shipped my costume express to avoid the delays. Maybe I will get it for my bday!

I got kind of an odd tracking number and can't seem to pull up anything on UPS, though. Does she use a different carrier?

The tracking wont show up on the system until it arrives in the U.S.
