I ordered my first custom Bella about a month ago! Yay! Just wondering, do I get a email when she sends it, or does she just send it? Do I get a tracking number?

Havent had much luck with previous custom orders, so Im nervous to see if this one actually fits

These are just stunning - the top one - I have never seen anything like it - my goodness.

OMG! I just placed and order for 5 costumes. And she responded and said they'd start working on them soon! you have NO idea how happy this makes me. I'm down to FOUR costumes!! and i'm dancing about 21 nights in Feb alone! 4 is not enough!!!

so i just got my first and i already want to order more...ahh finance fairy drop me some money...how much info do you usually give her for design stuff? like do u draw it out or just give her basic info and pray

I usually send her a picture of a different costume I want, and if I want anything different I specify what changes I'd like made. Doesn't always turn out exactly they way you ordered, but they're always great anyway!

I've tried numerous times to place an order, and nothing. any other tips?!

gosh I have no tips other than to be straightforward. I would just send an email and say

Hi Bella,

I love your designs and I'd like to place an order. I want this and this and this in this color. I don't have a password for your site, but here are my measurements. LIST THEM. My budget is $XXX (for each costume). Please let me know if there is any other information you need, and if you can work with this budget.

Please let me know when you begin my order.

Thank you"

Just assume that she's got time and that she's willing to make your stuff. Don't ask if she's taking new orders. because if she doesn't respond, she's obviously not, and this way you're saying, "bella, I NEED one of your outfits, please make me this" and it's not up for dispute.

Well, that's pretty much what I did. I was very nervous that I wouldn't hear back, since I used a new email. However, She responded the next business day! And now I'm counting down the days until 6 weeks is up hoping I get my outfits then!!!

no way I can call from the U.S. without paying a lot lol although I think that would be my last resort...Bella better be expecting a skype session with me! haha

I've already tried sending her those types of emails before, and no luck :( I can't afford to buy more than one costume at a time from her, but when I did try and put in an order before, I told her I had the money in hand and can send it to her quickly so she can start working on it. no luck with that either :(

Have you checked into a prepaid phone card? Either from your local Turkish grocery store or an online place like Tulumba: http://www.tulumba.com/phonecard.asp

So I hope her assistants and seamstresses speak some English because my Turkish is limited to hello, how are you, I'm good and good-bye lol

Email her again. Or give a friend who orders bellas your measurements and have them order it for you...say it's for a friend! Me and my friend Julianna order bellas, she ordered leopard costumes for the whole troupe...different designs for different people, so it can be done.

I called her with a question about my order. Bella herself answered the phone, answered my questions and was very business like about the whole thing.

I never washed my phone again after that

Haha i think i sent her emails constantly from 3 emails for about a month and then i got an answer and voom now i have a costume :)
