My first project, any suggestions?
Hi girls!!!
My mom and me created this costume, it still has some work to be done, we didn't like how the bra came out so we are redesign it. I will like to hear some suggestions and opinions about our work.
Thanks a lot!

What a great first costume & its so nice that you made it together. Its hard to see your detail work on the bra because of the flash. maybe posting some better pictures and/or close-ups of the details owuld help folks offer some ideas. IMO bra fringe always looks blocky when it goes straight across the bust. I prefer to drape mine along the top edge of the bra so it goes up at the shoulder, down along the cups to a V between the cups then back up along the next cup to the shoulder. OR to make kind of a W shape by following the curve along the underside of the bra. This option is nice if you have particularly detailed beaded designs on the cups since the fringe doesn't cover it up.
Keep the pictures ocming as you make progress.

It's pretty. I like the colors. I'm not crazy of the wall of fringe on the bra. I think it would look more flattering if you put the fringe in a deep scoop or V pattern on the cups. Or cut the fringe and only put some in the middle and maybe some on the top corners of the cups.
Pardon my bad photo editing, but I thought a visual would help.

what about moving some of the fringe from the cups to the straps? it will balance the whole thing out a bit!

You could separate the fringe into 3 parts: one in the middle between the cups and the 2 other parts on each cup. You could place them diagonaly on the cups toward the center.

I like the colors, and the good news is that you don't need to mess with the belt, unless you want to.
I think the fringe suggestions thus far are right on. I also think that the straps need to be redone. They need to be slightly angled and decorated.

Here is a visual redo.
I removed the large connector between the two cups and made it smaller. I also tilted the bra cups and moved the straps out. I also removed the wall-o-fringe, for just a simple fringe in the center.
