Thread: Johara Bra/ Belt dilema... i'm obsessed!

Ok so

Recently a Johara bra/ belt was posted in the swap meet and I wasn't the lucky buyer.
BUT i can't stop thinking about it! the colors, the sparkles, the beautiful beading!!!!!! I have a costume with almost identical beading to this in white gold and silver . It was my first professional costume and it is still one of my favorites! so flattering and sturdy! i don't think it ever lost a bead!!!!!
i bought mine from Isis and the Island dancers web and they don't sell cossies online anymore...
I absolutely must have one in these colors!

i don't see anything resembling the one i want, but i don't want to email picts to her if its not the right designer

I know Johara will make it. As long as it was her design in the first place. Send her a picture of it and ask her to make it. I did that a couple years ago with one of her older designs. Good luck, it is a beauty. Yes that is her website.

She told me via e-mail that she would be happy to make a costume for me. I haven't followed through unfortunately...

Oh YAY! thank you! i'm relieved that it is a possibility for me- you ever lust over that one costume that you just had to have!?
this is one for me, especially because i own one already and it is the true meaning of a workhorse, except with more detailed beading!!! plus the bra is very flattering!
