    Here are two of mine:

Red and Black Coin Bella (NOT a good pic, but first one I have handy)

And my costless set with a super light weight linen embroidered skirt and choli:

I think I saw this on tribe? Did you pair it with peach chiffon? It's beautiful. This is drool worthy. It looks like Yasmin Yildz.

That black velvet tribaret bella is yummy. It's simple but so elegant.

Yup, It's one of Yasmin Yildiz's creations. I bought it from the girl who wore it with peach chiffon here on Bhuz.

I remember seeing a similar one in red Sandra's website ages ago. I had no idea who Yasmin Yildiz was but I dreamed about that costume!

    YASEMIN YILDIZ DESIGNS

She has a section on this website of her things. A lot of her stuff is too busy for me, but some of it is exceptionally beautiful. Like the green one you have.

I can appreciate that there is now a "Name" for this costuming style but this is what we produced in the 60's 70's and 80's as "belly dancing costumes". What you all call "vintage". There was no separation in those days. But Its cute that some think this style is "new".

I thought the same thing. New marketing terms for old concepts. But I like them whatever they're being called.

Here's the tribaret costume I've been working on...

It's not finished, and the belt here is just pinned to the dress form, but...

I'm not sure what style it is... there's some tribal, some Egyptian, some Golden Era... Eshta totally inspired the design - thank you!

That is awesome. Can't wait to see body pics.

I'm so hoping to finish the front of my belt tonight. Fringe is such a pain in the butt. My entire weekend is going to be devoted to making fringe for the back. Oh man, and I still have to do my bra. I hope I can have it done by the 30th!!
