Thread: sheet lines on your face!!

Ok, is there any way to get rid of the sheet/pillow lines on your face after a hard nights sleep??? They last for hours!

Facial massage with lotion helps mine. Combination of rubbing and patting.

Newer sheets help too. Older pillowcases get stretched out and/or thin and wrinkle more.

Maybe better to not have it happen in the first place? These days I'm using a memory foam pillow with stretch jersey knit pillowcase that fits tightly over the pillow. Very comfortable and no folds or creases.

LOL I just woke up with some major pillow lines going down one side of my face. I heard a hot, but not burning, washcloth pressed on the area for a while should help. I'm trying it now.

Silk pillowcase that fits your pillow like a glove. Put a zipper in the end and buy a fluffy new pillow. Dharma Trading[/URL] sells 'em relatively cheaply.

I usually just give'em a good rubbing when I put my facial cream on in the AM. That usually does it.

I'd try a shower, to help rehydrate, as well as drink water.

My husband always manages to fall asleep on the corduroy throw pillow. I like to make the joke, "In today's headlines..."

I have new pillows, and use silk sheets and pillow cases, but they aren't tight fitting, maybe that would help. I'll have to try these suggestions next time it happens! Thanks ladies!

buy silk sheets they don't leave lines.

I'm just happy someone else wakes up with those too. Like I need an excuse to buy silk sheets.

for silk sheets is good an hyaluronic acid filler as uncruced material...will bring much of fluid in the skin

I get that after massages (big ring around my face, pretty! not!). I wash my face with water that feels about skin temperature (i.e., not hot, not cold), moisturize with a rich cream, then drink lots of water.

cold, cold water on your face- I look so funky after spa days after a massage otherwise!

I have no clue...but I just want to say 'bless you all' who get a good enough night's sleep to GET these lines!!!
