Thread: Sahar custom order???

So I just emailed Sahar for a custom order two days ago. I was wondering if any of you bhuzzers have done a custom from her. I'm curious about cost, time frame, and communication. I'm excited but nervous...:)

I am kind of in the process... She quoted me less than retail, and promised delivery within a month. Still expensive though she offers a good deal if you want more than 1 costume. Comms were pretty good. She wants full payment upfront though, so I'm waiting for payday to place the order, and will be collecting it from her studio in Cairo when I get there in march.

ohhh...cool! What kind of costume are you ordering? I want to just get a floating basic in a sparkly black-there was one on the swap board awhile ago and it has haunted me since. I'm wondering how long it took her to respond initially...I'm just over anxious but its been three days. LOL! I'm impatient!

I want 2...One of the expensive models in navy with sheer side panels that she is doing for $250 under retail, and ideally the purple bow that everyone loves, but she can't get the material for it anymore, so will probs just order a basic instead. Think I will wait to get that fitted in cairo as I am wary of the cups, I've heard mixed reports on the boards here. Sahar asked me to send a pic of my top half in costume so she could see how it would work, I still need to take some...
