Thread: Bella Tracking Number

Hi! Bella wrote me and said my costume order is done and I wired her the money on the 18th...the wire was approved by my bank but I didn't hear anything from her yet about a tracking number. Does it usually take a few days for a wire to go through (considering it's the weekend) or does she wait to ship her costumes out a few days after a wire?

I know the money probably went through fine but I told her that it'd probably take a day or two to process and if it *didn't* I don't want to make her think I didn't send the money...this is my first Bella and I don't want to upst her! I'm also slightly worried that the money might not get through and it's alot of money...

Just email her and let her know you ahve sent payment and if she can send you the tracking number. You wont offend her. I do it all the time :) Yu are a paying customer after all, and you are right it is a lot of money. Congrats on your first Bella :)

I got my first Bella a little while ago. I was nervous about the wire transfer, because the guy at the bank was a moron. I emailed Bella and told her that the payment was made and to please send a tracking number. After 2 weeks, I hadn't heard back from her (PANIC!), so I emailed again, simply askung to verify that payment was received. She responded, telling me the date of shipment (which actually was the same day I paid) and a tracking number. Immediately (of course), I tried to track my costume. The url for the shipping company she sent me was wrong. Then when I found the correct URL, the tracking number was not recognized (big-time panic!!!) So, I emailed Bella back immediately. Turns out, my costume was delivered about an hour later and was gorgeous and perfect and the prettiest thing I've ever seen.

So even though I panicked a lot, everything turned out fine. I think it wasn't recognized by the system because it was already out of the system (in Turkey)? I'm not sure. All I know is I was amazed at how fast the shipping was, really, and that everything was fine. So if you don't hear from her, it might still be on it's way.

I just got my bella tracking # and I'm a little confused. I think when I ordered from her before it was delivered through DHL but I really don't remember for sure and she doesn't say in the email. The DHL site is not recognizing the number she gave me as a tracking number, but maybe it is a reference number instead? Anyone know...?

I always checked mine with USPS, that's how they're delivered and eventually some info showed up on their website even though it's not always immediately

I think it depends on how urgent your order is? I had a super rush and she sent DHL - otherwise I've always received mine USPS.
