Thread: How many yards of fabric to make endless wave pants?

Does anyone out there have Gaylene's pattern for Endless Wave Harem Pants, or their own pattern? My friend wants to make a pair, and she'd like to know how many yards of fabric she'll need. She's 5'6".

my pattern says 20" of 1/4" elastic for ankles
1/2" elastic for waist
25 yards (amended amt by her on the phone) of trim for ruffle

Fabric Required
PANTS - 2 1/3 yards of 54"
3 yards of 45"
RUFFLE - 3 Yards 54"
6 Yards 45"

She recommended that the ruffle fabric has no visible right or wrong side and purchase extra trim to allow for fabric streach and or variations.
