Thread: Ordering from Bellydanceshoppe???

My students want to get mesh leotards or belly covers and are looking to order from Bellydanceshoppe.com. I suggested Sugarpetals or DesignsByJanie.

Which would you choose and why?

I have them from bellydanceshoppe and sugarpetals. Sugarpetals offers a large variety of colors and sizes, but can sometimes take a long time to receive. The bellydanceshoppe doesnt have quite the variety of colors but the shipping is faster. I think the quality is about equal.

We use redhotdancewear.com. Sarin makes each item and can easily handle custom orders. She is based in Texas. She has some items ready-made but can handle special requests.

She's asking for belly covers, not silks....

I have one from the Belly Dance Shoppe and I like it. I've been happy with them overall.

I have a bodysuit from Flamenco Diva Designs, and I am very happy with the fit and colour, service was friendly and fast and I got it within 2 weeks of mailing. She has a wide range of colours, but no full body leotards, but if you're happy with a bodysuit style belly cover, this would be my recommendation.

That's ok...but if you're a vendor you might need to check with Rosey, the site administrator, about posting guidelines. There's been some concern lately...

Of the three I only really have experience with bellydanceshoppe, but I can tell you the service has always been outstanding, shipping very quick. Don't know how large your group is but she will discount group orders if they're over a certain number, too.
