Thread: how can I see Bella's full website?

So I would like to check out Bella costumes and not just lust after them in the swapmeet page whenever they happen to come up. I went to Bella's website and registered for a password under the "shop" category. I don't get any email or reply back at all. Am I missing something? Is there some super secret way to see these gorgeous costumes? Would I be better off using the contact form to apply for a password?

I went through the same thing. No message, no reply. I can't imagine how much business they lose because of this!

they dont post much on the page anyway. and i dont think they actually need MORE business. i think the trick is to KEEP trying. but in general, if you want to order, email them your order directly, rather than trying to go through the shopping page

next to that, they are very concerned about people copying their designs, and that's the main reason they started with this page "for our american customers", but then dont really use it that much.

dito here, have been waiting for a password for 2 years now ;) but can't afford/need one now anyways :D

The problem is, I don't know what I would like to order because I don't know fully what they offer. If I can see some of the costumes they have on hand, even a limited amount, I might have a better idea.

I understand their concern about costume designs being stolen, but as a person who has the means and would like to buy a bella someday, I don't think it is the best business practice to prevent interested customers from seeing some of the designs, or at least ignore their inquiries into how to be able to see a costume design, regardless of how much business they actually need.

I will keep trying though.

These passwords are so strange. It took me about 3 months to get a Bella password and for Sim I am still trying to get one after a year and a half!

Gee, I got one in few days when I applied. It's a 4 digit number, so I keep it in my address book cause I'll never remember it. Don't know what I did that was special. You're better off anyway. It's torture, the drool marks on my computer will never come out, and my bank account would shriek like a banshee if I bought one brand new anyway.

I've been trying for 6 months. One friend, 3 years. A husband of another friend, 1 week.

I've had my husband try as well to see it that worked, but it didn't.

Must be part of their plan to keep the elusive feel.
