...continue to be combinations of strong-strong lip, nudey-mcnude-nude face, and/or nudy-mcnude-nude lips and strong eyes, and/or strong both (if you can pull it off, it's very a very strong look) and pops of color on the eyes, all easily adaptable to belly dance stage and photography makeup.

Also: loose, natural hair; loose buns, ponytails. Maybe a strong side sweep and then a big full pony tail (straight back or side).

Keep your look updated and your dancing will appear fresher, too!

lately ive been wearing metallic green and purple eyeliner (not together tho). they really make my hazel green eyes pop and i always get compliments on the bold-ness. perfect for spring time!

I finally found a gorgeous bright purple eyeshadow that I ADORE, which is nice and springlike. Plus, it goes well with my new costume!

Love all the strong eyebrows.

Lauren, you can do whatever generation you like. If it was up to me, I'd be permanently stuck in the late 60s/early 70s. But you can add one element to update the look (and not look really "stuck" heehee).

I was having some bangs malfunction. And yes, you bet I am wearing turquoise eyeshadow with bright orange. Boosh!

Metallic color, or glitter? Gotta tell ya, glitter eyeliner is one of my favorite secret weapons.

I'm noticing the "rainbow eyes" of the 80s are making a comeback too. I always loved that look!
