    What to do with scraps of Dupioni fabric?

    I have a whole wack of Dupioni scraps, about 15 colours, most less than a 1/2 yard. Any ideas what I can do with them? It doesn't necessarily have to be for bellydancing (I don't really wear dupioni in my regular life though....). I'm not into stuff that looks crafty/holly hobby. I was hoping to find some way of making flowers that actually look pretty cool, or maybe a vest or bag or something.

    The first thing that came to mind was placemats or decorator pillow covers or even doll clothes. However, I checked my pattern box and found Vogue V8052 hats with flowers. Also Vogue V8375 a funky handbag pattern that can use dupioni. Dressy little aprons seem to be popular again and dupioni might work for them.

    You could make zill bags and then give them as gifts to dancer friends.
