Thread: Source for clear elastic strap

I am in search of a reliable online source for clear plastic strap material like you might see on some of the newer cossies.

I'm not looking to use it on a belly dance costume; I plan to use it on costume fairy wings.

I like the heavy weight, wider variety clear strap that I've seen on the Eman's lately.

All I've managed to find in my neck of the woods is cheap clear bra straps, and there's no way they're going to hold up my wings without cutting a painful trench in my shoulders.

Anyone know of a good source? I would need a couple yards as I'm planning several sets of wings for a convention in September.

You could try that clear vinyl that they sell in fabrics stores to cover furniture or whatever. That's what those Eman straps look like to me. It's pretty thick.
