Thread: Help on put my "girls" comfortable on a bra

hello i need an advise on how i can make a bra bigger, i bought this costume and i need the cup bigger and for mistake i buy an smaller size than me, i need some advise to make the cups bigger, i think in severals ways i can use it but the perfect one will be that grabs my "girls" well, some advice?

I don't believe you CAN make the cups bigger on a bra. You might be able to add fabric or something to increase the coverage, but it's still not going to really be the right size. You'd just be hiding bulges, rather than making it more comfortable. Unfortunately, you'd probably be best off selling the costume (or returning it if you can) and getting a new one, if the cups are too small.

If your girls are spilling out in the cleavage area, you can add to the top of the cups. If you are spilling out at the sides, that might be hard to fix.

I had to make adjustments to a Neckelmann's bra because it was sized too small.

I sewed a 1.5" wide strip of elastic onto the top of each cup and covered it with fabric to match the bra base (in this case, flesh colored).

I'm afraid I don't have any pictures of the inside, but here is a picture of the outside of the bra part of the way through the process.



You can see the flesh colored material exposed on the left before I beaded over it. The right side is finished.

The advantage to using elastic or stretchy fabric is that it will conform to the natural shape of your breast.

Also, if your costume came with a stretchy head band, you can use that instead. Just tack it to the top of the cups.
