Thread: Help me find this galabiya!

So I've been searching a long time for just the right galabiya (I'm picky and it seems like when I do find one it doesn't fit, or is the wrong color, etc), and I found one, only it isn't for sale. I wondered if someone possibly knew where I could find one as close to this as possible - I like the neckline, that it's tightly fitted, the thin stripes.

Yes I've been admiring that one Kadife, but unfortunately it's much too big for me. I contacted Hannan about it weeks ago but never heard back...

I got the dress from my then-teacher, Zarouhi. It's not that one from Hannan Sultan and I've never seen it on Dahlal.

From what I remember it was somewhere around $120 but she was having some sort of sale at the time. She doesn't have an online store but she might ship items upon request. I can ask her about that or just PM you her contact info and anyone else that is interested.

Just so you know, when I bought it it was actually much looser. It could work that way for you, but I quickly realized that I just looked like a shapeless child wearing pajamas so I had it taken in. I did it at a random seamstress at a dry cleaner who never worked with belly dance clothes before... and it worked out quite well as you can see.

I could but she's in the UK. I just got a fabulous dress from her. You'd have , sadly to cope with the extras costs involved.
