    my new brighton orient costume

    had it for a while, but this was its first outing. closest to a mini skirt i'll ever get. lol.




    i had a very bad hairday though

    and yes, the blue bit sticking out is a bikinibottom, i had it sticking out on purpose, the low cut on the hip without it was slightly tooo naked for the sunday afternoon shopping crowd. i need to find a better matching one though. there's some light blue in the costume so it looked better up close

    Belly dance costumes & Dance wear - Brighton Orient if you want something similar yourself. these are totally unique (lol, untill everyone discovered them). they dont come cheap, but i have three now, and all are amazing; and sturdy.

    no, mayaan designs her own costumes, the fabric is mostly bathing suit material she gets in, i think it was israel and italy, and she has them made in egypt mostly. she works with seamstresses over there. if i remember well. i'll ask again next time. they arent cheap, but they are extremely well made and very very good material
