Thread: Which service does Bella use for parcels to Europe?

I have my tracking code and have tried it on UPS, USPS, DHL, the Turkish Postal service and Parcelforce, but none of them recognise it! Does anybody know who she uses within Europe? I wasn't given an option of fast or standard shipping, if that makes a difference...

it's usually EMS. if it's inside of your country of origin, then your postal service site MAY pick it up.

Thanks for the tip off! Sadly the EMS Turkey site has no record of it either! It has only been 8 days since it was posted, so I guess I can wait another day or two before I email Bella and ask her to double check the tracking number she supplied.

I just followed the link to the tracking for EMS parcels posted in Belgioum, but still no record of the parcel :( Patience may be a virtue, but it is HARD!

Cara, I don't know if it helps at all, but the last time Bella shipped my costume it was in transit between Turkey and the States for almost 10 days. Not sure what happened, the tracking stated left Turkey, but didn't arrive in US until a week and a half later.

I was tracking it through USPS, would the equivalent be Royal Mail in UK? You have to make sure there are no spaces when you put in the tracking number.

:( i paid 20 days ago, and i'm still bella-less. Waiting is so hard, I feel like a kid on the run up to Christmas! I emailed on Thursday and again yesterday to ask Bella to double check my code, explaining there was an extra digit, but I haven't had a reply yet. Please everyone, send some good vibes to speed my costumes on their way!
