hi fellow bling-a-holics, just wanted to give a heads up to try your local Forever 21 stores for some really nice rhinestone jewelry for low prices. i got these super bling-tastic earrings for like $8 (or even less, don't remember the total price but it was def. under $10) and they shine like crazy! you can kind of see them here:

My best-kept-secret spots for cheap blingy jewellery are my local museum store and (here's one for anyone travelling through Canada) the random rhinestone earring kiosk inside security at Halifax airport.

i didn't see any rhinestone necklaces but i didn't have a lot of time to search thoroughly. they do have some really pretty flower and feather things, great for tribla or even for a little something different to wear other than headbands :) claire's also has some pretty flower/feather combos and they had a wider variety of rhinestone necklaces

oh, i just looked back at my receipt and they were only like $6.50 :)

I go to So Good Jewelry in downtown Boston. It's the kind of place that's so blingy, it horrifies anyone who isn't a belly dancer, and it's very cheap. I got my rhinestone necklace and earrings for about $35 total, last time I went there.
