Thread: Foam for padding?

Have any of you used foam for padding bras instead of cotton or other loose fluff? How does it work? Is there any type you recommend?

I use this stuff Airtex Foam Chairpads-1'' High Density*: fiberfill & pillowforms*: fabric*: Shop | Joann.com, to actually create cleavage out of my barely-A cups. I cut half-moon shapes from the square, putting one on the bottom of the cup and one at the outside near the armpit. Voila! Non surgical insta-boobs! ..l;,

The foam is really dense, so you have to make your bra straps fit extremely tight or the foam will pull the bra away from your body. If you prefer a more comfortable fit for your bra, you might want something more like that poly fill that they stuff quilts with.

I currently use the poly fill, but Hancock has a sale on this foam and I want to see if I can fake a few sizes up this way. lol

I still like to use shoulder pads... fold them in half, and tack into the bottom of the cup - on an angle for best cleavage.

i've got a main line to the most fantastic commercial foam pads. like the ones in the victora's secret bras that make a little shelf. ads a full cup size + lifts. i can send you a pair from my stash if you like. message me ;)
