I think you are right, it's rhinestones, and beads on elastic made for beads.

Or it's rhinestones, and beads on clear monofilament with a little elastic in the back for a snug fit.

All the teeny bopper stores like Claire's or Icing will have them.

I can't vouch for the bracelets but I can tell you that the costumes by Anastasyia are lovely and very well made.

Don't laugh, but teeny bopper stores ALWAYS have the best costume jewelry! I buy almost all my stuff at places like Icing, Claires, and Amuse.

Are you sure they're bracelets? I've yet to see a stretchy rhinestone bracelet that can fit over an upper arm much less a leg (well I do have a friend that manages to fit them over her arm but she's tiny with super skinny arms)! It looks like they were made specifically for her legs. Shouldn't be too hard to make though.

that's what i was wondering too...it should be easy to make though :) but i'd rather buy it cuz im lazy like that lol

It's selfmade or she ordered it with costume, made from beige basic elastic or fabric and swarovski rhinestones.

i got 2 rhinestone stretchy cuff bracelets from charlotte russe. love them!

I've seen latin dancers with something very similar. It's usually a length of beige elastic with Swarovski crystals either hot-fixed or glued on them.

- you either need some strong elastic, and hand sew the stones or
- regular strong thread for beads and elastic in the back for fit or
- regular strong thread for beads and elastic in the back and a hook for closure.

I think it's not so hard to figure it out if you place it above the calf, under the knee - this area is smaller than the area underneath (not sure if I make sense) so the elastic would be enough for a snug fit, and wouldn't slide down. The problem can be when you place the anklet anywhere between your ankles and the top of your calves, because they could slide down, so it's a trial and error process I think.

but i really like it!

I did this once. I have a picture of me wearing the anklet. You can easily make them thinner. I made a strip of spandex sewed one seam and glued swarovskis and sequins all over it. Glue not sew cause it has to stretch and endure quite a bit.
