Thread: Yellow costumes

Is yellow the new great costume colour? yellow with svarovski or silver... I've seen a lot of it lately, much more than before.

Yellow is one of my favorite colors. I always make sure there is at least one yellow costume in my closet and I've been dancing for seven years. My first pro costume was yellow. I've had several different ones over the years.

Oh, so nice ladies! I like the strong, clear yellow best with a minimum of decoration, but very glitzy...such a juicy and positive colour!

I love yellow but I'm not really sure how to wear it. I always think yellow costumes look so eye catching.

My all time favorite color, and everyone can wear it, Tanya is blonde and looks great in yellow, and brunette's look amazing in yellow!

Ooh, great thread. I'm planning to make a yellow soon, sunshine lycra with turquoise scarabs. Yum yum!

I love yellow, but it's the one bright color I have a really hard time wearing. I think I can even wear grass-green more easily than yellow. And pastel or lemon yellows are RIGHT out for me.

I love yellow costumes, too. I never owned one because I wasn't sure if I like that colour on me but I shoot one at Ebay just yesterday which is sort of a ruin (a Bella) and want to restore it... (Hope it doesn't look too bad.)

But still I believe it's a bit the fashion, too! A friend yesterday came back from New York to Germany and told me she had bought two great handbags, one orange and one yellow. Coincidence? Sure it's summer, too.

Btw. Aradia, great costume! I don't think the colour would suit everybody, though, I don't tan a lot. I'd look a bit washed out in that beautiful yellow. But blondes can wear yellow - a bit warmer yellow then, maybe. Zana has also the beautiful combination with turquoise, very fresh!
I think it's the colour that together with green and royal blue is also perfect for girls with jet black hair, whether tanned or not.
