Fake Hair...Help!
I have one of the clip on ponytails but my hair is so fine and limp that I'm thinking about getting a wig. I know what a full wig is but what the heck is a 3/4 or half wig? Exactly how much of your head do they cover and how do you keep them on?
Thanks so much!

The 3/4 wigs cover about 3/4 of your hair, so your fringe, or front section of your hair still shows and they look more natural.

Re: Fake Hair...Help!
Because my hair is long I french plait across the top of my head from side to side and the the comb holds it in place quite well. I also pin well.

I have a dark black one for sale (for a friend) you can see pic on this link:
http://www.bhuz.com/forum/bellydance...band-30-a.html
This model have 2 range of a flexible comb that securely hold the fall to you own hair (if you hair is long enough, you can do a pony tail before putting on the fall)
I own a similar one and it's my fave. I just wear a costume's headband over the border of the 3/4 wig to hide it, the hair showing in front of the band is all mine! Other pics:
I purchased this one from a Bhuzzer, less curly and lighter shade, but still fun to wear!

Re: Fake Hair...Help!
I have very fine (wimpy!) hair. I find it helps if I put some gel or mousse on it and blow dry it from underneath before I pull it back to attach the clip ponytail. I try not to make it too tight/smooth to keep some volume on top, too.
May I piggyback a question here? I've decided full wigs aren't for me because I can't get used to all the extra hair around my face. I love my 3/4, though -- now I want a bouncy one like beautiful Qamar's!
In the past some folks here have mentioned "wearing a full wig as a 3/4" or converting a full into a 3/4. If anyone can provide more info on that, would you please share? Thanks!
