Thread: Anyone have pics of cossies with belly covering?

Hi, does anyone have any photos of their costumes that have tummy covers? I want to make a costume and include a tummy cover maybe using thick lace, i was thinking of using feathers as well as i have put on a bit of weight and have seen costumes like these with feathers around the hips and bra and the costumes look really good, even on the heavier ladies,the feathers actually made everyone look bigger and took the eye away a little from the weight i guess I,m after something thats still going to look a little sexy but with tummy covererd any help much appreciated regards stef.

Have you looked at the Souheir Zaki videos on YouTube? She's wearing colored stomach covers in a lot of the online footage.

There is one in a red costume with red cover and white costume with nude cover. I wear them here or there since I like the old school Egyptian stars like Sohier! ;-)

Not to interfere with the original OP question, but where did you get that lovely belly cover, Andalee?

I made it! I bought the fabric from Spandex World. I made a tutorial and posted it somewhere on bhuz. I'll have to look it up...but basically it's a rectangle with elastic at the top and boyshorts sewn to the bottom. The glitter sheds like crazy though, so I will need to make another one in a few months.
