I'm thinking about making a silk habotai skirt to double as a "slip" for another skirt I'm making out of polyester organza (didn't realize that two very full layers of organza would be so sheer...dangit). Do polyester organza & silk habotai play nicely together? Will the difference in fabric stiffness do weird things during turns? Would some other fabric work better? I'm not adding a slit, so I want something a bit translucent to hint at the fact that I do actually possess legs.

Thanks!

(Oof. Just thinking about hemming 3 layers of circle skirt gives me hives).
