Thread: Mumtaz contact info?

I'm leaving for Cairo in a few weeks (wheeeeeee!) and want to see Mamdouh Mumtaz while I am there, but I can't seem to find any current contact information.

Anyone have a website, phone number or email addy? Thanks!

MUmtaz is the designer for Mr Yasser you just go to his shop in the Khan el Khalili.

I thought Mamdouh was Mumtaz's first name? I know there's another Mamdouh. Wasn't Mumtaz the Oriental Moon atelier? I see the site is down. Or was other Mamdouh the Oriental moon guy?

I think Mamdouh Salama is the Oriental Moon guy -- is that right? As I understand it, Yasser's Mumtaz is also named Mamdouh but known as Mumtaz to avoid confusion with Mamdouh Salama (at least at the Belly Dance Store). Unless I'm misinformed and confusing things further....

That's right! Thanks Candi and Suz - I need a flow chart of Mamdouhs. You'd think as someone with a common first name myself, I'd pick this up quicker!
