Bought some sari fabric, wanting to make a simple 'loincloth' style panel skirt, can anyone guess if this will layer over a circle skirt without being too bulky? I plan to wear the panel skirt over one of my silk circle skirts but don't want too much elastic/bulk at the the hips.

And suggestions for bra/belt? I'm selling the one coin bra I have, it's just too heavy..
