    Source for ruffled/"tiger tail"/"carwash" skirts

Anyone have a reliable source for the ruffled skirts that are sometimes known as tiger tail or carwash? I'm looking for one similar to the one on Moondance Bellydance (see pic below), but in either orange or fuchsia/hot pink. Any google searches have been fruitless so far and turning up somewhat shady-seeming companies based in Hong Kong. Alternately, maybe these go by another name and I should search differently?

I'm working on a new costume project, and realized that making one of these just might be too much if I'm realistically even thinking of having this done in time for a mid-November show ..g.:

Teeeheee, don't worry for my modesty! I'm planning on layering it over another chiffon skirt, either pink over orange or orange over pink depending what I can find.

I think I saw this skirt from audrena.com, but it was black.

The Hong Kong and Chinese one's aren't bad. I have a student who has one in blue and it's nice enough.... except the top is decorated so you'd have to remove the decoration.

Do you happen to know which seller she bought from? I'd be more okay ordering from one of those sites if I knew someone had a previous good experience. I just need the skirt, so I wouldn't have to worry about any modifying on the top.

I asked and she doesn't remember who she bought it from... just that it was a Hong Kong or Chinese seller on ebay that had a top seller rating.
