    Warrior Goddess Photo Shoot.

I decided to do an impromptu photo shoot today....my poor hubby is so tired of taking my photos. Anyway, I got this gorgeous costume from Organic Armor specifically for our Halloween show last month and I performed a battle scene w/ my hubby.

Being a photographer too, I am always looking for some new ideas for photos and decided to do these while we still had some leaves left on the trees. I really like the way they came out and thought I would share.

wow, both the costume and your pictures! Could you tell us more about the construction of the armor? I'm guessing it's made with layers of latex and painted to look like metal? Or is it metal?

Monika, you look lovely! Great photos. Wouldn't it be cool if someone asked you to wear that costume for a gig?

Funny though, yesterday I had the same idea to do a photo shoot with the fall leaves. Only Beau got home too late and the lighting was terrible. I was totally bummed.

Oh. My. God. I LOVE this costume! You look amazing!!!

My very geek/cosplay self is storing this website for Blizzcon next year. I craft costumes out of craft foam and while they look decent - his constructions are simply astounding and they would move better/be more durable than what I construct.

Going to save up! Thanks for linking this!!!

Thanks everyone, I posted the link for Organic Armor in the Original thread. It is latex and very soft, flexible and very comfy to dance in.

Andalee....you should do it today....the leaves were nicer last weekend. I was at the park last Monday and then yesterday and they just weren't the same. You need to do them ASAP.

It gets dark so early now it makes things so difficult. We did these at about 3:30ish. Luckily the sun was shining though the leaves in spots allowing light in.

    I love this costume!

LOL....very limited time that my husband is willing to photograph me....he just doesn't get it. LOL...so I don't like to push my luck...I just tell him to keep snapping..and I keep posing...and we are lucky to get stuff after I look at everything. I do alot of photo shoots, so I am getting pretty fast these days. LOL
