Thread: Help - Bra size too big

Hello girls !

I just bought a new costume.
The problem is that the bra is REALLY too big for me. More than twice my size.
Do you have some advice ? How do you think I can "reduce" the size ?
I'd like some advices about sewing. I don't want to talk about padding for the moment.

It depends on what's too big. Is it the band? Straps? Cups? Once you tell us that, there are more than ample bhuzzers who can answer your questions :-)

It's the cups !!! I can adjust band and straps ;)

Pad it like there's no tomorrow!

After padding you can also try and sew in some wire in the top of the cup to "control" the cup if it's gapping too much.

It would help with a picture of the bra though :)
Maybe it's built in some special way that requires special work..

You might be able to pad up, and you might be able to downsize the base or port the decorations to smaller cups, but you might also just have to pass on it. http://www.shira.net/costuming/cg/flat.htm Hard to say without seeing the bra and how big "big" is.
