Thread: LOVE this costume!!

Anyone have one like it?? Post pics - please!!

I've seen some similar Bellas with the strap across the belly, but not the pants.

I don't know who made this original but Hoyda has some similar, maybe not with the pants underneath or as absolutely gorgeous, in my opinion, as this one. I had thought of ordering one from her but discovered Dahabs and spent all my money there instead.

No idea but its hot. I love the nude bra cup, the belly drape and the embellished pant leg. The only thing I don't like is the way the leg floofy lloks like it was sewn on as an afterthought. IMO flaring the nude fabric into a bellbottom and then opening it on the outseam and adding a chiffon gore would look better. But hey, I couldn't have designed this costume in a million years so who am I to judge

That embellished leg piece is tripping me out. Reminds me of a pair of leggings my grandma wore in the 80s.

I don't like to wear costumes that expose too much leg---I don't like when people can see my knees moving around during the knee shimmy. Ruins the artistry.

I love everything else about that costume though. And Saida is gorgeous no matter what she's in!

Amber here was almost finished making her own version of this, I think she sold the parts on the swapmeet instead of finishing it...might still be there.

I believe that costume was designed and made by Saida's mom.
