I don't know if they're inexpensive but Cartwright's has a mind boggling variety of sequins.

I second Cartwrights for sequins. I have bought oodles from them and love the quality. Haven't bought any beads, though. Never cross-checked with other companies for price but I thought they were reasonable and had great variety.

A lot of dancers use Fire Mountain http://www.firemountaingems.com and Shipwreck http://www.shipwreckbeads.com/ for beads. Cartwright's has a more varied selection, but Sugar Petals used to be a good resource for paillettes http://www.sugarpetals.com/sequins_paillettes.asp. Theater House may not look like much from their web site http://www.theatrehouse.com/ , but I know a dancer from "back in the day" who says they are THE place to buy if you want to match beads, sequins, trims, and fabrics in one stop (ask if they don't have what you want online).
