Do they expire?
I checked my email from Bella, and so I know the password I am using is correct. It has been several months since I have logged in.

Yes, they do expire! It happened to me as well. You must ask for another one...

I won't bother to get a new one until I am ready to order one, because who knows how long that will be and how many passwords I would need.

You never know! Sometimes it takes too long to get the password...

how long does a password work before it expires? i've had mine for over 3 years...haven't ordered in 8 months. I plan on ordering in the spring but it's been awhile....

I got my password in June 2008 and it just expired in the last month or so. I think it makes a difference if you order or just dream... I'm still in the dreaming category.

I've literally been trying for years to get a password with no luck. Is there a secret to getting one in the first place?

yes...order something! i got mine when i sent her an order (with inspiration pics of other Bellas to show the elemenys i wanted/colours) - having said that, i did have to ask for the password, and some ladies who have ordered still don't have one, i believe!

yep, mine expired. and now I can't get another one and Bella doesn't answer my emails either. So off my money goes to someone else..

Ha. Same here. So frustrating. I don't understand why the website has to be password-protected.

Bella designs get copied a lot. Even though lots of dancers post pictures everywhere of their costumes, it would just be a whole lot easier for a copier to just copy all the pictures from Bella's site.

So, while I don't like it, I totally understand.

I had a password that expired after about a year. I think this was back in 2003 or so. I tried again last summer and got one right away. My last orders have also been processed very quickly - this last one went through the very next day. It might be completely random or it could be like a lottery. But I make sure to order at least 2 costumes at a time - maybe that makes a difference. *shrug*

Mine must have expired as well. I just tried it. Last time I used it was 7-8 months ago.

I tried getting a password twice now for the last 3y... unsuccesfull...

A friend of mine asked recently and they stated they don't give a password to believe that live in Belgium, cuz we can just visit the store... which in my opinion is RIDICULOUS... it's not cuz I live in Belgium, that the store is only 5min away from me :s

I've ordered four costumes directly from Bella and have never gotten a password. I don't believe I'm missing out though since you can see Bellas everywhere on the interwebz!

Write her a mail, telling her you want this and that, but are not shure where on body to take measurements.

I got mine when I placed a order, but it would make sense to get one, if you dont know where to take measurements. (when you are logged in, and are in the shop pages, you get a form on your right side, that shows where to take measurements, and a box to write them in.)

Ive heard of other people also getting a password when ordering, so that they can just log in and fill out the form.

My first password expired after about a year.
