Coin Cleaning
I am looking to clean up my coin bra and belt. What should I use to re-shine coins? Thank you.

Re: Coin Cleaning
I'm getting the error "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." for this link. Do searches expire or are they user specific?
Here are some of the threads on the subject I found when I searched from Google.

Basically, your cleaning options are determined by the type of metal (real or fake coins? copper/silver/brass/aluminum/gold plated/mystery metal?), the type of cleaning you need to do (tarnish vs. actual dirt), and how the coins are attached (can they be removed and cleaned like jewelry, or are they permanently attached?). The cleaning solutions and how you go about applying them depend on those answers.

Re: Coin Cleaning
how weird. They may be used specific, although I haven't noticed this before. I searched the word "ketchup" because I knew that was one of the things often mentioned as an effective cleaner.

Re: Coin Cleaning
It might be an expiration thing. I've got Bhuz searches in my history that are generating the same error, and they were presumably my own previous efforts. Can you see this search of mine for the word "tarnish"? http://www.bhuz.com/search.php?searchid=290786
Ah, that explains why you were getting hits about eating!I searched the word "ketchup" because I knew that was one of the things often mentioned as an effective cleaner.

Re: Coin Cleaning
I saw many pertinent threads at the bottom of this one with no trouble instead of clinking on the first link. When I clicked on, I couldn't get anything. So try scrolling down to the bottom of this one instead and see what happens.
